At Zoe Kid, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and straightforward return and exchange process. Please read through our policy to understand the terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items that have been customized or on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective. - For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
Contact our Customer Support at [email protected] or call +415-822-7157 with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with the return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Once you have the RMA, pack the items securely in their original packaging, include the return slip, and send the package to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective or incorrect items, Zoe Kid will cover the return shipping cost. Please provide proof of the defect or issue to our support team.
For general returns (i.e., if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email. If the items meet the return criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that any shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the return process as outlined above.
- Indicate on your return slip that you would like to exchange the item and specify the new size, color, or style.
- Zoe Kid will process your exchange request once the original item has been received and inspected.
- If the desired item is out of stock, you will be issued a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Clearance and final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
International Returns
For international customers, the same return policy applies, but please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes incurred during the return process.
Important Notes
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items returned without an RMA or beyond the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
Zoe Kid is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return after it has been received.
