Warranty Period
All products purchased from Zoe Kid come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. Specific warranty periods for different products will be clearly stated on the purchase invoice or in the product description on the website.
Warranty Conditions
Products will be covered under warranty free of charge in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects such as weak stitching, faulty zippers, or issues with fabric quality.
- Technical defects arising from the manufacturer, not caused by the user.
Exclusions from Warranty
The following cases are not covered by the Zoe Kid warranty:
- Products damaged due to external impact, tearing, or user misuse.
- Products that have been altered, stretched, or damaged due to improper washing or use contrary to the instructions on the label.
- Products that have passed the warranty period.
- Products that have been modified or repaired without our consent prior to returning for warranty.
Warranty Handling Time
We will inspect the product and respond to the warranty status within 5-7 business days after receiving the product. Repair or replacement timeframes will be communicated once the warranty issue is confirmed.
Product Replacement Policy
In cases where the product cannot be repaired or specific parts cannot be replaced, Zoe Kid will either offer a replacement of a similar product or refund the product’s value based on the purchase invoice, depending on the customer’s preference.
Shipping Costs
Zoe Kid will cover shipping costs for warranty services related to manufacturing defects.
For cases not covered under the free warranty, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning and resending the product.
